To repair your Holiday Group product, please contact an Authorized Repair Centre listed below. The Authorized Repair Centre will determine if the piece is repairable and under warranty.
The Authorized Repair Centre will make the final determination on the status of the product with the possible following outcomes:
A) The product is repairable and covered under warranty The product will be repaired at Holiday Group's expense and returned to you.
B) The product is not repairable and covered under warranty The Authorized Repair Centre will contact us and if the same product is in stock, we will send the replacement to the Repair Centre. Note: the Authorized Repair Centre will not direct a store to replace product for a customer. Only Holiday Group Service After Sales representative can authorize a replacement.
C) The product is repairable and not covered under warranty If it is determined that the product is repairable but is not covered under warranty, you may either have the product returned to you un-repaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense.
D) The product is not repairable and not covered under warranty You can elect to have the Authorized Repair Centre send the product back to you un-repaired, or you may ask the Authorized Repair Centre to dispose of the product.
